"Incredible experience. Some other bike shops in the area (Naples cyclery) made me feel like a pest since I didn’t buy their expensive bikes. Not this place. The bike route is the BEST. Even though I did not purchase my bike at the shop they were beyond helpful to me and treated me with kindness and was happy to help with all of my questions. I ended up returning my bike back to canyon and they packed it up with expertise. Andrew especially is the best. Any repair need I highly reccomend taking your bike to Andrew."
