About Us

We’re The Bike Route, and we’ve been a bicycle store here in Naples, FL, since 1982. We offer electric bikes, mountain bikes, bike service, and more. We started this business because of our love our cycling. We believe in greeting all of our customers and treating them like friends. Nothing makes us happier than being able to say that we help take someone who hasn't ridden in 25 years, to riding everyday. We’re looking forward to partnering with Collier and Lee counties to continue to offer a premier biking experience. Just purchased my second road bike from The Bike Route. The main reason was they carried the Giant brand bike, a brand I have ridden for many years with zero problems. I always took my bike back there for all routine service and parts. The staff there are always courteous and very knowledgeable of everything to do with bikes and biking in general. Their mechanics are top notch too. Repairs are always done timely and correct. If they don't have what you want or need they will gladly order it for you. A family owned business with attention to customer service with a personal touch.

We were driving down to Key Largo for an event and stopped for the night in Naples. Unfortunately right before we left, one of the tires on my custom wheelchair popped a hole in the inner tube. The Bike Route was right near our hotel and we stopped by to see if they could help. They were extremely helpful, had exactly what I needed in stock to fix my wheelchair’s tire, fixed it super quickly, and pumped up both my tires for me! We were in and out in maybe 15 minutes. I was so relieved that I found this shop nearby and that they were able to help.

Ran over something near a construction area that punctured my rear tire and tube that are mounted on an unusually difficult rim to change them. Found Bike Route online and called them and was told that it could be repaired while I wait. Got the bike to them and their service department immediately tackled the problem. Service and price could not have been better. While waiting noticed their large selection of bikes and helmets. Small thing but liked that the store has motion detecting auto-operated doors. Real nice not needing to hold a door open while pushing a bike.
